This woodland inspired entrance created with Sweet Woodruff, Trillium, Myrtle, Black-eyed Susan, Daylilies, and other groundcovers is planted in drifts among Sugar Maple, Hawthorn, Ash, and Sweet Gum trees. Plants were selected for bloom, size, height, and fall color. The selected specimen hardwoods and perennials are sited on reestablished grades mimicking the original contours of the land prior to the blasting of the house site.
