A property abutting the historic Green in Woodstock, VT underwent a two-phase renovation when the owners decided to move up and live in Vermont full-time.
The project called for stonework (including paths, foundation repairs, dry-laid walls, and a realigned driveway), restoration of a mature hedge, renovations to existing trees, the restoration of a historic property line fence, a terrace sitting area, and plantings. Throughout the design process, solutions were careful to complement the historic nature of the property as well as respect the client's budget and schedule.
