A visionary client involved Terrigenous in helping design their dream before their land was even purchased. Taking a concept from the earliest stage, through design, permitting, budgeting and construction was a unique pleasure for us.

Schematic design ideas wove together the client’s initial vision with engineering realities.  These ideas, combined with their budget, resulted in five energy efficient cabins, which are now being rented out through Air B&B. The income from the rentals helps support their organic farming venture.  Throughout the process, our role was to organize the siting of the structures by overseeing the design of the underground utilities, lighting, and mechanical systems, as well as all site work and plantings. This was done without losing sight of the initial concept—simply, five cabins in a field.
